This wild buckskin horse belongs to a wild horse herd that consists of over 250 horses. When the herd gets too big, Department of Natural Resources auctions off some of the horses and relocates others to the prison. The prison uses the wild horses as a means to assist in the inmate's emotional rehabilitation as the horse is broken.
